The connection circuit describes how we connect to ourselves and each other accurately, appropriately, and authentically to who we define ourselves to be. By defining each of these elements, we will discover the path to connection and identify the elements that prevent our ability to do so.
The transistors of our circuit are thoughts, expression and experience. The resistors are a disrupted ability to accurately identify thoughts, feelings and emotions, distorted boundaries and limits and the expectations and assumptions that displace our authentic experiences. The battery to our circuit is emotion.
The goal is to create connection and reduce resistance by having accurate thoughts, which become the appropriate emotional expression we need to create the authentic experiences we want.
